Harris lost because she was a horrible candidate ( I use the term with indignation as she was coronated). When she campaigned for president in 2019, she did not get one vote including California and quit before Iowa. No one likes her. She stood for literally nothing. She and her boss continue to arm and fund a genocide. How can anyone with a moral compass put a check mark for her?
You’ve lost the plot when you blame the voters and not the candidate. Sad.
It seems like plenty of left wing or liberal stuff is out there. It's just not very popular / viral in its current form or in the current environment. When it comes to viral media, the left has a triple-whammy problem, :
Biden is in office, so complaints, which always performs well, naturally aim at him
Fear-inducing, conspiracy theory, or lowest common denominator stuff will always be popular, and lots of this leans right nowadays. That said...mainstream left outlets also feed off fear and clicks nowadays, too. If it bleeds, it leads applies to the left, but they care about different thing, for example, if a cop shoots a Black person it will be national left news, whereas if a black civilian, or immigrant shoots someone on camera, that will be right ring "news".
Culture war stuff is just inherently more interesting. Trans debates are far more understandable and emotional to the average person than are debates over monopoly rights. And the left's cultural ideas are less popular, by-and-large!
Lastly - you get a 4th whammy for young people, especially young men. The too-serious, no-fun, no sex scolds of 20 years age were the religious right. They weren't cool and popular culture mocked them. Nowadays if you want to rebel against authority, it's likely going to be left-wing authority at your school or college, asking you to wear a mask at sports practice. And, I'll add, at least if your parents on the younger side, you're as likely to have an insufferable, poorly informed MSNBC mom or grandma as you are to have a ridiculous, poorly informed fox news dad.

In which case it will be used by the PRC to divide the American public and propagandize towards young leftists, in the same way that Russia props up anti-USA / anti-left views. But it will do an even better job of misinforming because they actually run the whole platform.
