It’s interesting to me that ADU laws don’t have any prevailing wage requirements, and have seen the most success in terms of housing production, at least in my mind. Do you think that is because new laws need time to take effect? Or will prevailing wage requirements inevitably hamper housing construction, even if it’s not “skilled and trained”?
